My alarm didn't ring. What should I check?
Lark uses the system alarm engine (the same one as Apple's Clock app), so it rings through Silent mode and Focus. Make sure Lark has alarm permission in Settings → Lark, that the alarm is toggled on, and that your iPhone wasn't powered off at alarm time. The in-app Diagnostics screen (Settings → Diagnostics) can fire a test alarm at any time.
How do I end the alarm?
Complete the mission attached to the alarm — find the item, finish the reps, solve the math, or scan your QR code. That's the whole point: the alarm ends when you're demonstrably out of bed. There is deliberately no snooze.
Does Lark record my camera or microphone?
No. Camera missions process every frame on-device with Apple's Vision framework, and spoken missions use on-device speech recognition. Frames and audio are never stored and never uploaded — only anonymous usage events (like “mission completed”) and crash reports leave the device.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Go to iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Lark, where you can change plans or cancel. Cancelling during the 3-day free trial means you won't be charged.
How do I restore purchases on a new device?
Open Lark, go to Settings → Restore purchases, and sign in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
How do I delete my account and data?
Settings → Account → Delete account erases your optional sign-in identity, and deleting the app removes all local data. To request deletion of analytics or account data associated with you, email alex@alexplisov.com.
