Lark

Terms of Use

Effective date: July 14, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Lark app (“Lark”), made by Alex Plisov. By downloading or using Lark, you agree to them. Lark is distributed through the Apple App Store, and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where these terms are silent, that agreement governs.

License

You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Lark on Apple devices you own or control, for your own use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except where the law says we can't stop you.

What Lark is (and isn't)

Lark is an alarm and morning-habit app. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. If you have a sleep disorder or a health condition affected by sleep or exercise, talk to a professional.

Some missions involve light physical activity (for example push-ups or squats). Do them at your own pace and skip anything that isn't safe for you — use a different mission type instead.

Your responsibilities

Privacy

Lark collects usage analytics and crash reports, plus optional account data if you sign in. Camera and microphone missions are processed entirely on your device — see the privacy policy for the full picture.

Disclaimer and liability

Lark is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alex Plisov is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including a missed alarm. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continuing to use Lark after a change means you accept the new terms.
